Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hema ("the Service"), operated at tryhema.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hema is an AI Agent Visibility Platform that helps brands monitor, track, and optimize their visibility across AI search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and others.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service beyond normal API usage
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with other users' access

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Hema. You retain ownership of any data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and comply with applicable data protection regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hema shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
