AI models answer medical questions every day — citing some sources and ignoring others. Healthcare AI queries are intensely local. "Best cardiologist in Manchester" and "Best cardiologist in London" generate completely different AI answers — and the AI uses a combination of structured LocalBusiness data, location-tagged content, and citation patterns from local news and review sites to decide what to recommend in each market.
